A: 1. Dr. will get phothograph of your spine from front, side, and behind you, to see wheter it is straight or not.
2. Dr. will exam your left and right temperature just beside your spine, for each bone, to see temperature distribution.
3. Dr. will ask you much questions, ie in what position you’ll get unsatisfied feeling, so on.
4 Dr. will do some process to your body, ie you’ll asked to move your hand towards, while Dr. resist your hand towards. It mean he want to understand whether you can move your hand towards with maximum force or not.
5. Dr. will suggest you to take some x-ray of part your body.

#1–#5 cost about US$ 60, x-ray excluded.

The next session, you come to him with X-Ray photo. Then He analyse. Then he do with his knowledge to manage/manipulate your spine. You may get some exercises he gives. You may need accupunture if he mean it. Than Dr. will give you appointment for third session. He may tell you to buy some herbal medicine. This cost about $60 exclude herbal medicine.

How many sessions you need, is depend to your condition.

Most often they are familiar with the type of software you would need or they will be
able to point you in the right direction to get the appropriate software you need.

Letting people know that they have appointments coming up. organizational skills. the fact that chiropractic medicine is involved with a holistic view on healing. thorasic and lumbar curvature both 44 degree, and the girl has not start menstrating, age 13.

A: Treating in chiropractic clinic would be helpful. But woudnn’t be enough on it’s own…44 degree pre-menarche should be a pretty aggressive case…and she’s already in surgical zone for some surgeons…

My advice would be to at least do some kind of bracing along with the treatment as further progression would definitely land her on a surgical table…she doesn’t have much of wiggle room…

Having said that, yeah..chiropractic would help her spine keep her flexibility and so on…but as I stated, probably not enough at this stage to use as the only therapy…

A: While the chiropractors are good to align the spine. There are limitations to what they can do.

If you take an X-ray of a spine of a person who spine the chiropractor can align you could not tell it was out of place. It is just slightly out of place.

Another thing to concider , constantly having any joint cracked will cause it to wear out / get worn/ and eventualy get arthritis.

It is like constantly cracking your knuckles they will over time get big and after awhile they will be sore.

If you have an accute injury they will be able to help you. But you should limit the visits. Allot of are just out for money and that hurt the ones who want to help.

Now for your back having that much of a curve. There are two options a back brace or sugery.

You should talk this over with your parents. There are risks for any sugery, but the out come is most of the time great. Once the rods are in you do lose flexablity but you don’t have it now. Most can return to sports and have an active life.

If your insurance will not cover it. Some Childrens hospitals will adsorb the costs, and the shriners have orthapedic hospitals that gives great care and they adsorb the cost as well and if you have to travel to them there are places provided for a parent to stay.

For most sugeries you are up walking with in three days and are home in one week.

There is rehab and it will most likely take a full year before you can be very active.

I’m opening a chiropractic clinic in Sandy Springs, GA (near Atlanta) and was thinking of having early hours to provide care to the morning commuters. What would be the ideal time to be open for those people who want to come in before work.

A: I would like to see a clinic open at 5:30 am to accommodate the working people.
This would give then time for treatment & be able to get to work before 7-8 am without rushing.

I want to practice chiropractic, I want to know what level of degree you need in order to practice, as in start a clinic.

A: since no one has actually answered your question, i will. to practice chiropractic you need to become a Doctor of Chiropractic. to do this you need to have some prerequisite classes to get into a chiropractic school–which can be done in undergrad in 2-4 years. after that, you go to chiropractice school for about 3-4 years to become a Doctor of Chiropractic.
